Bye Bye Preschool

I have no idea where the time has gone. 

Linnea has graduated from preschool and is off to kindergarten in the fall. 

Just a few short months away!

Her school had a nice little picnic where they all got a certificate. I took a half day and went in after the picnic and Chris stayed home with Linnea for the afternoon. It was a fun almost 2 years at CLS but Linnea is totally ready for kindergarten now. 

Mrs. Lauren was a wonderful teacher and is expecting a baby girl on Harper's birthday so she will also not be returning. However, we have seen her once already this summer at Bill the Juggler with CLS's summer program so that was fun :)

 Miss. Benke was out most of the year while her ankles healed after surgery and Michelle is one of the sweetest Preschool Directors ever. We knew her through a friend from years ago so it was a pleasant surprise when we learned she worked at CLS.

 Miss Lindsey filled in for Mrs. Benke and sang Frozen songs with the class and they had a Frozen movie party with her.

Linnea P from the neighborhood joined Linnea M for the last few weeks of school.

The whole crew between the two classes at CLS Preschool. Some will be staying in preschool at CLS, moving onto kindergarten at CLS and some will be moving to new schools :) 

I forgot to take a picture but we made each teacher a little jar of M&Ms in them with a poem about each color meaning something different and at the end it said thank you for being my M&M...magnificent and marvelous :) Her teachers really were great and cared for her, taught her and prepared her for kindergarten. She is excited to learn, do crafts, read, count, add and it is because of them. She also got to go on a few field trips (Sea Life and Stages Theater for Llama Llama Holiday Drama) and put on some cute Christmas shows :)
