In preparation for our kitty we watched my cousins cats for about a week. They live just about ten minutes away so we went there pretty much once a day and fed them, cleaned the litterbox, checked their water and played a lil with them. The girls LOVED it!
We got a cousins trip to the Como Zoo which was super fun (even tho parking was a bit of a drag).
Everyone enjoyed the monkeys and rainforest the most I think! We were hoping to see the polar bear playing but no luck.
Grandma really wanted to join us but wasnt feeling well. We sent her this picture of the cousins enjoying an ice cream treat together though :)
One of our neighborhood parks had a lil summerfest celebration that I brought the girls too and we had lots of fun!
They got to jump, ride horses, dance and talk to a police man who rides a horse who happens to be a friend from high school's brother! He recognized me so we chit chatted a bit at the end of night :)
