After our day of babysitting we decided to have some good family fun just the three of us. We debated between a lake, a movie or a waterpark...with the heat the way it has been these days all would have been fun but we decided to go for the Highland Park Aquatic Center. It is a fabulous place for us! Linnea loves the "tot" area with little slides and sprinklers. She did the waterslide a few times with me and then was brave enough to do it herself. We spent about 2 hours there and then headed home for lunch and naps!

Looks like you're having a great summer! The 40th anniversary looked just lovely - and i'm quite jealous of the trip to the water park. Reminds me of how much fun I used to have at Noah's Ark! Today we wanted to go on a picnic, but it rained ALL day...wet but cozy.
