We had a fun family day the Sunday after the Seussical, dance and Baby Shower day. We rented a surrey bike and rode around the Minnehaha Falls Area.
I had bought a coupon for it on one of my coupon websites so we wanted to make sure we used it before it expired. We saw one of the first houses in Mpls and the Longfellow House and Gardens.
It was pretty warm so when we finished our ride, sightseeing and our picnic lunch we definitely bought some ice cream from the local ice cream shop at the Falls called Sea Salt. I have always wanted to buy something from that restaurant! It was wonderful day!

Had we got an earlier start and didn't want naps we would have gone to the free splash park nearby...oh well. We can save that for another day.
