We started to decorate our house for Christmas the Sunday after the Thanksgiving...we are still working on it but here are some pictures of what we have done...

And a trip to the grocery store after getting our tree at the lot...again so sad we didn't get to cut it down but looking forward to restarting that tradition next year.
Here are some spots Linnea has found our Elf! Yup our Elf Chris Popinkins made his return December 1st. He appeared in the Nativity after we got home from buying our tree.
Welcome back Christopher Popinkins! I promise I will be a nice girl so you can report good things to Santa each night. I can't wait to see where you are every morning :) Love, Linnea (and Harper too, even though she doesn't actively hunt for you quite as much as big sis yet).

Tomorrow our house should be close to being completely decorated since we are having our Polar Express Pajama Party Movie night! It wont be for Linnea's bday this year, just for fun! SO more pics to come...especially of the tree. We have just been gradually putting ornaments (or lanterns as Linnea calls them) on each night.

yeah for xmas decorating! we did a Little bit too - we Need some more decorations (table Cloth, stuff like that). no tree for us, but some Little things/lights/candles to make it cozy! LOVE the idea of the polar express PJ Party - sounds great! do you like a muppet xmas carol? i love to watch it every year.
