We had funfilled Memorial Day Weekend with our cousins from Stevens Point :)
Day 1 began with a venture out to Elm Creek Park Reserve to play at a new park and find some letterboxes. It unfortunately rained at the beginning but we stuck it out and had a great time! I can check it off our list of new parks to hit this summer :)

We of course had to get ice cream with these guys...we tried out the frozen yogurt bar called cherry berry in Woodbury and was delicious but thank goodness we had coupons...it's quite expensive!
Trying to get down for the night after Little Oven Pizza and watching Paddington, however I think Courtney and I were into it more than the kids.
Sunday started out at the Great River Waterpark followed by fun at the Mall of America :)
Quite a few other people had the same idea to ride rides and shop but we had fun in the crowds anyways.
Linnea and I were hoping to ride this big rollercoaster with the cousins but the line didn't work out that way so they went first and then we got to go. It was a blast! My phone died before I could get a selfie of us. After this ride we headed to Snuffy's to meet our aunt and uncle and cousin and have some delicious burgers and malts/shakes. What a fun fun day!
We spent Monday playing at my parents in the morning, having a picnic and spending a lil time at Carpenter Nature Center and then went to get more ice cream!!!
Yep, more ICE CREAM at Selma's in Afton. It was once again delicious :)
