Lefse making with the family seems to be our kickoff to the holiday season! It was uncle Dwight and aunts Cheryl's turn to host and lots of fun was had and of course plenty of lefse was made :) I think between the potatoes my parents prepped and those that Cheryl and Dwight prepped we made 10 lbs!
Some coloring was also done :)
And of course we ate lefse! Cheryl also made a delicious shredded pork lunch :)
We sent the girls home with my parents and had our November date. We decided to get some Chinese Takeout and watch some movies at home for this one :) I think we may have watched Gone Girl and Dark Places. Whoa. Both pretty intense and disturbing but well done.

I was addicted to popcorn, wine and Scandal this fall after catching up on that shows previous 4 seasons over the summer. The 5th season hasnt been my fav but I enjoyed my Thursday night mindless tv anyways :)

We are definitely into Star Wars and all the movies were watched before seeing The Force Awakens this winter. We watched the original three with our neighbors and yummy treats!

Linnea and I showed my parents just how much fun the tree lighting is in Rice Park in downtown St. Paul this year. Chris was wanting to come but then Harper I think had a fever or was not feeling well so they stayed home this year.
We loved seeing the lights, sipping on cocoa, listening to the Teddy Bear Band before and going to CandyLand afterwards :)'
