Instead of chopping our tree down ourselves this we took advantage of good old Home Depot. We had a gift card to use there and after looking at our December Calendar we didn't think we had time to go to a tree farm. Perhaps next year! Linnea will enjoy that more when she is older anyways. So here we are...bundled up on a weeknight at Home Depot picking out our perfect tree!
We found it! or more so, daddy did!
It took us maybe 5 minutes and then we headed to home to set up it!
It is the perfect fit for our little corner in the living room! Linnea loves to sit by it...especially now since it has lights and ornaments on it!
ooooh...hanging up the lights!
Linnea thinks over there would be a good spot...
and she also thought it looked like fun to climb the ladder and help daddio.
Tada! we have pretty lights!
