Friday night we went over to Mack's mom's house which is in South Minneapolis just blocks from where we used to live. Lynn made a delicious lasagna dish using veggies she grew! Yum! My mom brought a great salad and I brought Linnea and cherry chocolate crisp! Chris could not make it because he was called in to work the overnight so he stayed home and tried to sleep until his 11pm to 6:30 am shift. boo.
So we had a nice dinner with just the 6 of us and then more friends of Lynn and Mack's came for dessert. It was a nice night!

and this beautiful beaded necklace! She got to play with Mack's old baby/toddler toys which was lots of fun!
We also watched some of her favorite show The Best of Elmo, as it got closer to her bedtime.
We put Linnea in her jammies over there and hung out until almost 10:00! It's hard to leave people you love and only see a few times a year! Hopefully we can get to Germany and visit her! They do have a marathon that goes right by their house...my wheels are turning as most of you reading this could guess!

Our parents have also always been friends. We had a wonderful visit.
