Fevers = Low Key Days

We went to a very fun lil garden/growing free music together program at the library. The library events are dwindling down but we found a few in these last few days of summer. After the music Linnea decorated a flower pot and made a new lil friend so we ended up being at this event for like 2 hours!

you can kind of see Harper even dancing and overrall staying in the room for this show :)
 Then there was a morning where both gals woke up with low grade fevers. So we had some icees and watched some Sesame Street.

 played with/threw beads around.

And had a movie night in a fort.
Wish I could remember what movie...

 The next morning they were feeling pretty good but we stayed in for a bit still and did some crafts after my 15 mile run...my marathon that Im training for is next month already! The Whistlestop in Ashland, WI.

The above pictures are photography by Linnea!
 by late afternoon we decided we were done being inside and ventured out to this playground I had wanted to show the girls. It is known as "Treasure Island" online but we call it the castle/pirate ship park. Its a playground at a St. Paul Public School (Expo) so Id say those kids are pretty darn lucky!

 Im not sure if these videos work but Linnea was proud to do the fire pole alone for the first time ever (I know its small but she was really proud and excited so I was too!) and Harper LOVED her little route she found of up the steps and down the slide. She had never gone down a slide alone yet! So YAY for firsts for both girls!

Id say the girls are better!
